Can someone remind me why I stopped running?



Back in the pavement! I went out for a run today for the first time in a long time, and I loved it! The weather was amazing not too cold, not too hot. I ran 5 miles and although I meant to run 3, I actually felt GREAT! Nothing like a good run to motivate you to keep it up. I did 5 miles in 55 min and that was way better than I expected.

I can't wait to go again tomorrow! I'm feeling a little sore but I love that feeling, besides I have an awesome yoga class in line for tonight.

Can I say bikini body? Woot Woot!

  2. I went jogging on Monday when the weather was finally better here, and it felt great! Bikini body is what we need to be aiming for (especially me, I need to get in shape!) :)

  3. I know what you mean... I was working on getting back into a healthier diet and been going to the gym but the running just keeps me sane. I stopped for a while but I am definitely determined to do it again, besides I had a great run so that helps =)
